Delete your Novance AI account
Novance AI is an app from OMDEVARAM TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. This page explains how to delete your Novance AI account and the data in it. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Novance AI and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
To remove only some of your data and keep your account: Settings → Delete my data, then choose Message data, Email data or Credit bureau data.
Option 2: on this page (if you no longer have the app)
Enter the mobile number you used for Novance AI. We will send a 6-digit code by SMS to confirm it is you.

Your number is verified. Deleting your account permanently erases your account and everything in it (see the table below). If you have a subscription, it is cancelled first so you are not charged again.
Option 3: by email
Email support@novance.ai with the subject Delete my account and your registered mobile number. We will confirm it is you by sending a code by SMS to that number, and will complete the deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
| Deleted immediately and permanently | Your account details (name, mobile number, email); transactions detected from SMS and those you entered; cards and loyalty accounts; your Experian credit reports, accounts and enquiries; income, expenses, loans and goals; your consent records; sign-in sessions and preferences; any connected email link. |

| Kept, but no longer linked to you | Anonymous usage statistics (which screens were used). Any payment records we hold (subscription ids, amounts and dates, with no link to you) are kept for 10 years because tax and accounting rules require it. |
| A minimal record of the deletion | The date and time, an internal account id, the last 4 digits of the mobile number, and the IP address the request came from, so that we can show a deletion was carried out. Kept for 1 year. |
| Backups | Our encrypted database backups still contain your data until they expire, which is at most 14 days after deletion. They are not used for anything else, and are not restored to bring your account back. |
| Never stored by us | The text of your SMS messages. The app reads them on your phone and uploads only the extracted transaction details. |
Experian keeps its own records under its legal obligations. Deleting your Novance AI account removes what we hold, and does not change your credit file at Experian.
